Freshman Color Theory Final Projects

In the Freshman art class I teach color theory, different color schemes, how to mix acrylic paints to create colors. Over the semester we do different studies on different color schemes. For their final they need to incorporate all of it into one composition. They need to include an example of a monochromatic scale, 2 complementary colors, an analogous color example, a warm and cool color example, and the color wheel (including primary, secondary and intermediate colors). I am very happy with their finals! These look great!
